Maple Roasted Sweet Potatoes

Maple roasted sweet potatoes are very simple to make and taste fantastic! The sweet potatoes only take about 30 minutes to roast and the combination of butter and real maple syrup makes these roasted potatoes extra special. I think maple roasted sweet potatoes make a wonderful side dish for dinner or breakfast and they are also a wonderful salad topper.
