Lemon Pepper Herb Dry Rub

Lemon Pepper Herb Dry Rub

I use this lemon pepper herb dry rub mainly for chicken but it’s wonderful on veggies, seafood, and pork as well. I made a casserole for dinner tonight and I used this seasoning on the chicken and it gave the casserole a little more zip. Making a dry rub at home is so quick, easy, and much cheaper than buying fancy ones from the store.

  1. Good sounding rub and great presentation in the bowl.

  2. So easy! Your lemon pepper is chunkier than mine; I guess it’s all this east coast refinement or something. You’re right; dry rubs are so easy to make at home that I wonder why anyone would pay extra to buy it premixed.
