Garlic Butter Roasted Shrimp with Parmesan

Garlic Butter Roasted Shrimp with Parmesan

I have to say, this may be one of my all-time favorite appetizers. Whether it’s for a summer evening, Super Bowl party, Thanksgiving, or Christmas, this appetizer will always be a crowd-pleaser. What’s even better is how simple these roasted shrimp are to make! I tossed the shrimp together with a little olive oil, sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes then roasted them for a few minutes. Next, I tossed these shrimp with some melted garlic butter and roasted them for a few more minutes which gave them tons of flavor but didn’t burn the garlic. The shrimp were amazing and both of my kids devoured this pound of shrimp in less than 15 minutes. These garlic butter roasted shrimp with parmesan are a fun, quick, and delicious appetizer (or main dish) that will put a smile on your dinner guest’s faces.
