Herb & Garlic Dip

Herb & Garlic Dip

It’s been so hot here in Oregon that I have had absolutely no desire to cook any meals. We had friends coming over for dinner tonight so I decided to do a smorgasbord of food with a cheese and meat plate, lots of fruit, and a vegetable tray with this herb & garlic dip. I used what herbs I had in the refrigerator which were dill, parsley, basil, and chives. The dip was super quick to make and tasted so refreshing and delicious with the crisp vegetables.

  1. We have a very unusual hot summer too and no rain at all.. The dip looks great. You said it’s herb garlic, but I don’t see the garlic in the ingredient-list.
