Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies with Chocolate Drizzle

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies with Chocolate Drizzle

My kids have 7 days of school left so I decided to make a special school lunch treat that I know they would love. Chocolate and peanut butter are a match made in heaven and my kids love them combined and they also love oatmeal cookies so I combined them all to make these peanut butter oatmeal cookies with chocolate drizzle. They smelled amazing while they baked and tasted even better. Needless to say, my kids are very happy with these cookies and so is my husband.

Place back into the microwave and cook for another 10-20 seconds; remove & stir; repeat until melted. Pour melted chocolate into a zip lock bag. Snip a very small corner off with scissors. Place the cookies on the parchment paper and drizzle with melted chocolate.

Store the cookies in an air-tight container layered between parchment paper.
