Roast Beef Slider with Sharp Cheddar, Arugula, and Horseradish Cream

Roast Beef Slider with Sharp Cheddar, Arugula, and Horseradish Cream

I was extra excited for the roast beef sliders I wanted to make with the leftover slow-roasted beef with creamy horseradish sauce I recently made. These little sliders are a snap to make and tasted AMAZING. I slathered the toasted buns with the leftover creamy horseradish sauce then layered it with roast beef, sharp cheddar, and arugula. Quick. Simple. Delicious. Guess what I had for lunch three days in a row? YUM!

Toast the slider bun halves in the oven or toaster oven until slightly golden.

Slather some leftover creamy horseradish sauce on each slider bun. Top one bun with roast beef, sharp white cheddar, a handful of arugula, and a bit of sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Top with the remaining bun and serve immediately. Enjoy.
