Blueberry-Banana Smoothie

Blueberry-Banana Smoothie

It was another beautiful and warm weekend here in Oregon which was really nice after such a long cold & rainy winter. We did a lot more yard work which is always so rewarding but boy do I have sore muscles today! I decided to treat us right this morning and made us these blueberry-banana smoothies for breakfast. My husband and I both thought they were delicious smoothies and the perfect way to start out the day.

  1. Gorgeous color!! This is the best way to start a hot summer day 🙂

  2. Use frozen blueberries when the fresh ones run out. Just be sure to omit the ice. This is my kind of breakfast.

  3. the purple-lover in me is absolutely squealing right now! what a pretty beverage, and bonus points for nutrition! 🙂
