Turkey, Cranberry, and Cream Cheese on Toasted Ciabatta

Turkey, Cranberry, and Cream Cheese on Toasted Ciabatta

My friend Mo introduced me to this sandwich and I have loved it ever since. I gathered together the ingredients to make one for lunch today. I toasted the ciabatta then slathered it with cream cheese followed by the rest of the ingredients. The combination of turkey, creamy cheese, sweet/tart cranberries with the crisp lettuce and juicy tomatoes on toasted bread is divine! It’s seriously my favorite sandwich right now and it’s so easy to make.
